Marsden Health Centre (Colne Valley Group Practice)

Amazing doctors. Shame it has been let down by the receptionist giving diagnosis and telling people it is all in their head. Who on earth gives the receptionists the right to diagnose. My specialist would certainly disagree

Attended for cervical screening - was put at ease but the lovely nurse as I was slightly nervous but she was very patient and reassuring. I do not visit the surgery regularly but whenever I do I always get through quickly on the phone and am given an appointment within a reasonable time period. The Reception staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.

We care for a disabled lady and her care is excellent
I'm diabetic, again my care is excellent
Staff are caring and considerate and always helpful

Don't use doctors often but reception staff always polite and helpful. Never had a long waiting time and all doctors and nurses in general are friendly, helpful and happy.

Nurse practitioner was warm and friendly. Met my needs and was understanding.
