Practice is good at getting tests done, had results given on time.

Appointment with a nurse for an ear syringe and she explained everything well. She was very friendly, confident and reassuring.

I moved to this practice when I moved house, after 22 years at another one. It wasn't until I moved and experienced a much better service here that I realised how poor the old one had been! I have seen 3 doctors and a nurse in this practice, and my son has seen another doctor, and all of our experiences have been positive. GPs are skilled and communicate well. I have a chronic health condition and have needed onward referrals to acute services and hospital consultants, which have been made swiftly as and when needed. Notably, a doctor I saw here immediately identified that I needed surgery which the old practice had missed for over a year. There is good 'wrap around' care here too: personally I have experienced health checks, acupuncture delivered by a GP on-site, choices about blood tests on-site or immediate referral to the hospital, and effective links with the on-site pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Really good experiences, good with communication, particularly antenatal care. There is no problem at all. If they had any feedback to give they'd give it straight away. No issues getting an appointment, although sometimes the phone line was engaged in the morning due to the number of people trying to get appointment.
