i received a text to ring the surgery to make an appointment which i did but after wait for 1 hour on the phone I was first in queue and then I was kicked off and told there was a long queue . this happened two times in a row so it has cost me two hours of my time and two hours of call time. can somebody please explain why when I am number 1 in the queue. absolutely terrible service

The process of registering with this practice was very smooth and straightforward. Shortly afterwards I became ill and wanted a consultation. Despite only recently registering reception staff were on the ball with confirming registration and arranging a telephone consultation. The Advanced Practitioner was very helpful and when the prescription I required couldn't automatically be sent to local pharmacy sorted it all out same day. I hope future interactions are as good.

Saw the nurse for a blood test this morning she was very good and listened to me. Nice attitude. Brilliant.

Very good at passing on information when you need help. Waiting time sometimes a little to long. A bit annoying . Always find they look after me

I returned from Germany having had a fall which put me in intensive care for4 days: I was offered a wait and see appointment but even so I was seen very promptly.The gp was extremely competent in dealing with all the complicated follow up to my injuries and I cannot praise him too highly.
