Good advice, been going there for years. Always used to make me laugh

Long waiting times, hard to get an appointment, okay generally. GP not too friendly, too objective and not sensitive to needs. They do not take notice of more than one issue at a time.
Some improvements

Seen some improvements in waiting times and getting appointments if you're patient enough. Care for diabetes has improved. Nurses seem to have more time than GPs, who tend to be quite rushed. You have to deal with receptionists too... it was a struggle and wait to get some results.
Inefficient at times

Not their fault, but there is a bad shortage of doctors. You can sit and wait for ages, but the service seems pointless and poor, as if they're always rushing. Care is friendly and adequate, but sometimes can be quite unclear
