Thorough, kind and supportive

I attend the surgery on a regular basis. The reception and support staff are efficient and have always assisted me. The GP's are also great, explain what they are doing and appear very knowledegable. Put simply, It's a well run surgery from admin through to the clinical team.

All doctors excellent

August 24, 2016
All the doctors at this practice take time to really actively listen if my experience is anything to go by.

To a person they interact well, take time to understand and really deliver a supreme service.

If there are any negatives it's more with some of the support staff. Some, not all, treat you as if you're a carbuncle where they deliver an experience that can, at times, be quite unpleasant. Some of the reception and telephone staff think they're something beyond the rest of us humans. They may work at a medical centre but they're still people. To be clear, they are in the minority but get one in the phone and my blood begins to boil.

The staff attitude below is only the support staff, not the Doctors.
