I don't know who makes the decision on repeat prescriptions whether or not you can receive this medication based on renewal dates. Dr fine. Receptionist poor.The in-between service hit and miss.

Overall excellent experience. Staff are really nice people and the quality of service is good.

It’s really hard to get an appointment because you have to be on the phone at bang on 8am then you are in a massive phone queue (10-25). By the time you get through to them there’s no appointments. It’s easier going to the a&e. Their receptionist has been rude a few times and you no longer see your actually assigned gp.

Really hard to get appointments - practically impossible when they're one-offs. I go for asthma check-ups and they're easily booked - others are very difficult. Can only phone on the day at 8am - by the time you get on the line they have no appts. left. The doctors are fantastic and care is very good. Receptionists vary.

The receptionists are generally very efficient and friendly, and will make you appointments, but prefer you to make them online. When you order a repeat prescription, they're always done. Generally fine.

Doctors are all so good. All staff brilliant. Highly recommend.

Looked after my husband very well. Staff are great.

The staff are great although they dont always take patients concerns seriously enough. You can only book appointments on the day you want to be seen but if you work in the morning and cant ring them then you've no chance of getting an appointment cos they usually become fully booked by 10am
