cannot book appointments in advance

The staff are great although they dont always take patients concerns seriously enough. You can only book appointments on the day you want to be seen but if you work in the morning and cant ring them then you've no chance of getting an appointment cos they usually become fully booked by 10am

It's not easy to get through on the phone (constantly engaged in the morning) but when you do get an appointment the doctors are very good.
