I don't have to phone for appointments they make me 6 weekly appointments to make it easier for me.

Always can get an appointment when needed. All staff including reception polite. Online prescription ordering works well

All staff are friendly, found out the problem with my wife and signposted her to the most efficient specialist service. Surgery was absolutely fantastic.

Home visit

Very impressed with the home visit my elderly grandmother had today. The doctor created an immediate rapport and trust with my grandmother to put her at ease which is not easy given her confused state.

They actually listen to me. I go with my brother who has additional needs and they listen to me when I tell them what mood he is in. See nurse too for blood checks and they're very understanding. Sometimes struggled with doctors understanding autistic spectrum disorders. Sometimes look at you like you've got 3 heads.
