BAME Communities and their access to end of life care services

Healthwatch Kirklees is undertaking a survey to understand why there is a low uptake of the hospice service (Kirkwood Hospice) amongst BAME communities in Kirklees, and to identify appropriate ways to improve access to specialist palliative and end of life care services.

Your feedback will help identify ways in which service availability, access and quality can potentially be improved.
