Dear Anonymous thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience here at the practice.
We are sorry that on this occasion that you did not have a good experience.
At certain times of the year we need to employ locums to cover for the regular gp\'s to have holidays . We appreciate that sometimes it can be difficult to convey your problems /issues when you are speaking with someone who you are unfamiliar with but at the end of the day the locum is a fully qualified gp and you should feel at ease with them just as if you had seen one oft he regular team.
If a patient is unhappy with the service they have received from anyone in the practice we really need you to let us know in order that we can be made aware of the problems you are experiencing and look at how we can improve our services.
