Wonderful Caring Company

After putting arrangements in place I went away feeling confident and relaxed that my brother in law would be well cared for and he was!! Going the extra mile to ensure that things run smoothly he was spoilt. He loves chatting and the banter and forming friendships and trust relationships with the carers. Thankyou for your ongoing care and genuine concern about his well being.

Looking after Mum

My mum was recently looked after by Care Counts and despite numerous hospital admissions there was no place better for her than at home. They managed her changing needs and looked after her at home, caring for her cat too. Mums wish was to return home but sadly it was not to be. Whilst in hospital she missed the carers. I was grateful of the support.

Quality and Flexibility

We were very blessed to have Dad to the age of 91. I can’t praise Care Counts enough for the quality of care, and the flexibility of care that Dad received. Mum feels very supported by the team. I phoned Mum to say that the Nursing Home had phoned to say that Dad was approaching his final hours and I was on my way to pick her up. Her Carer waited with her until I got there - so kind.

New Care Provider for dad

Care Counts have taken over the care for my dad following a recent hospital admission and change of care provider. I have found them to be very organised, caring and adaptable to the changing situations they find. We have been very impressed.
