Helpful and efficient

Staff are helpful and efficient. The building is clean. Easy to book an appointment. Thrre could be more reading material or something to watch on tv in the waiting area but no further improvements needed.

Dear patient, thank you for taking the time to feedback on our Practice. We appreciate patient feedback and I will speak to the Infection Control Nurse on whether we are allowed reading material back in the waiting room. NHS England restricted Practices during COVID on having reading materials due to the infection risk.

Care is very good. Easy to book an appointment and they are always able to accommodate my needs such as having an early appointment t miss as little work as possible.

repeat perceptions

Good care. would be easier if I could order repeat perceptions over the phone. I'm 79 and don't drive so its not easy for me to come down in person.

Really good care

Care is really good. The screen that displays patients' names being called to their appointment in the waiting area is placed to the side of all the chairs, would be better if screens were directly in front of waiting patients.

We understand that the patient call screen is not in the best position for the waiting room, but unfortunately due to the design of the building, the screen can't be placed anywhere else. If you struggle to see/hear the patient call screen, please mention this to Reception on your next visit and they can always keep an eye on the screen and let you know when you have been called.

Care is good. More often than not there is no parking spots available.

We understand that parking is sometimes difficult due to the increase in village traffic. We hope that by having the managed car park, this will deter those parking that are not visiting the Practice.
