Really good , no concerns

Really good , they reach out to me to follow on with appointments. I had a telephone appointment with a doctor which was straightforward . Nurses all helpful and friendly. I have never left the surgery feeling I haven’t got the information or help I have needed or had any concerns . They are much better than my previous GP surgery .
I have the app for getting my medication which works well for me as it fits in with my work schedule.
The reception staff all nice and helpful.

We really only need to come when it’s for the children and usually see a nurse which have all been really good .
Parking can be an issue

All been great . I call up and I’m not left on the phone waiting unreasonably and it’s easy to get appointments.
All the advice and information that I have been given has been fantastic

Receptionists are all nice and help answer any questions to help out . The doctor listened and I was referred to hospital and been seen by them . Sometimes I have ring for an appointment but there wasn’t one bit on the whole they do try to fit you in

Everything is fine

Doctors and all staff listen - everything is fine . I book appointments by phone and getting appointments for me is ok but sometimes if it’s been an emergency for my child it’s been more difficult.

Reception staff are all very helpful going above and beyond to help . We have constant communication with the surgery even during Covid . All the staff have a lot more time for us as patients here than I have experienced at other surgeries.

I can’t think of anything negative to say they are fantastic at getting back to us . The after labour care provided here is excellent. There’s
There’s a personal touch that shows they care as we have even had the occasional hand written letter. It seems like they actually care . All the staff are very competent and doctors very good with the kids .

It’s the best GP surgery I have been to .Everybody’s is really helpful . It’s run very well . I have struggled to get appointments in the past at other doctors surgeries but here they always make room to get you an appointment.

Lovely team who take the time to care

I've been a patient here for many years and the service of this practice has always been excellent. Everyone seems to care and take the time to listen and help if they can. Much nicer than just being a number in a bigger practice. Feels like the way Doctor's surgeries used to be and I really appreciate they have kept the personal touch.
