I am happy with the practice and see no improvements needed.
Waiting times are good and reception staff are very nice and helpful.
Quality of care is very good, always been happy with the doctors advice and support from nurses.

I am very happy with the practice.
The nurses are awesome, they explain everything step by step and don't do anything until I am ready.
The reception team are very kind and helpful and even send out follow up emails which is fantastic for me. Very happy!

My experience at the practice have only ever been good.
From waiting for timesto attitude of staffand quality of care I have not had an issue.

I am very happy with the practice, they are very efficient. My calls are answered immediately and I am noy left waiting in a queue. Booking an appointment is so easy and the reception staff are very helpful and kind, they get you every you need.

I've been registered here for just over 6 months and have consistently found their services to be caring and responsive. Ive also heard them be shouted at by very rude people and handle it calmly and kindly. Very pleased to be registered here and would recommend them to any other nice people who wont be rude to the recepion ladies!

Great appointment system, reception staff are trained assess appointment suitability, in the instance of needing an urgent appointment, they have priority slots which are made available daily. GP's thoroughly assess needs, history, present condition and consistently check you have a sound understanding of how to best manage i.e through use of an inhaler or medication. Advocates preventative methods to care and the positive benefits of our environment such as nature and physical activity. Content knowing myself and my family are being care for by a very warm, friendly responsive surgery.

Advised to do exercise but really struggle because had hips replaced. Go quite regularly, they keep a check on me as I have quite a few health issues.

Glencross surgery is a very friendly doctors which I have always been able to get an appointment when needed and also helped me when needed.
