Staff got no manners

The staff need to be more professional and trained. The go no manners , rude attitude. Spacially on the call they just put no effort to understand the patients need n how to help. Bad language n untrained ppl . Receptionist make it realy hard to make an appointment with doc. Once i need a letter from doc n they took 2 week to handover .

I'm sorry to hear you have had cause for complaint.
All our staff longstanding and have a lot of experience. I would encourage you to contact the surgery directly for us to understand and investigate your experience.
In respect of private work, this usually takes a minimum of 28 days to complete due to NHS work taking priority. This should have been explained fully at the point of requesting a letter and I will ensure that this I feed this back to the team.

Appalling attitude by receptionist staff

The staff seriously need to be trained to a professional and friendly manner. Every time you call the doctors they have such a bad attitude problem which comes across as very rude and abrupt over the phone. Especially in this area, working with patients you would expect to speak to someone more polite and understanding.

It’s been terrible

I was supposed to pick a sicknote up on Friday evening, I was told Tuesday as Monday was bank holiday(understandable). Rang on Tuesday, they said it’s not ready as doctor is in a meeting for the morning and it should be ready Tuesday evening. No surprise, it wasn’t ready. I was then told Wednesday morning, obviously it wasn’t ready so they said Wednesday evening. Again, still not ready so I was told Thursday morning. But guess what! Still not ready today. According to the receptionist, he’s still in that “same” meeting. What? For nearly 3 days
Aside from this, I have had problems regarding blood test results, I was told by the receptionist “it is satisfactory” what is satisfactory? No follow up? Nothing. It is so frustrating. I work for the NHS too, I know the struggles.

manger is never in I had antibiotics allergy reaction girls at desk said call bak morning the docters only call bak 1 time if pateint miss call thy cant call u bak due to having one docters dont know who to tell I've told the nhs Complaints

Hard to get an appointment

The receptionist makes it incredibly hard to get an appointment with the GP. Once i make it to see the GP they are always professional and kind
