I am very happy with service.

Cannot get an appointment, sometimes ring and phone isn't answered..... 8 am call this morning and wasn't answered until 8.20am Sometimes receptionist can be rude, not treated like a patient but a number. Sometimes treatment outcome isn't what expected. Sometimes I'm sent away with minimal info and no idea what is wrong with me. Sometimes I think I should go for further tests like an X-ray but this never happens. For the first time today the care and appointment was ok

Always appointments when ever I ring they fit me in straight away
