waiting for appointments.

Urgent appointments are seen quickly but routine care takes weeks and weeks to be seen which is not good enough. Also I'm always waiting in the waiting room for about half hour to be called into to my appointment.

The phone line service is good, I never have to wait long to get through and I like that it tells me what position I am in the queue. Everyone is so helpful, and I always receive thorough care. There’s nothing I’d suggest improving.

The service at the surgery is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional, and I always feel well taken care of. I have no concerns and can’t think of any improvements.

Inconsistent experience of care

The appointment system is pretty good, quick and easy to book.

I have had an inconsistent experience of care at the surgery depending on the clinician I am allocated some are better at listening to patients than others.

But overall issue I have is only allowing patients to discuss one issue per appointment so the focus is always the one illness/ symptom and the person is not seen as a whole.

Also its rare to get to see the same clinician which in its self is not ideal but I find the patients notes are not read so whoever you see about an issue does not connect the dots and diagnosis can be delayed because vital symptoms are being assessed individually and not as an accumulative issue. The care feels fragmented.

I also find the surgery will always priorities the services which are of financial benefit for them such as blood pressure and diabetic checks but general appointments are not given the same priority.

Merger working well.

Since the surgery had merged with others I have see an improvement. I have been offered an appointment elsewhere if I have needed to be seen urgently and that has worked well.

Wait times good be better

Care is great. I have had to wait up to half an hour after my appointment time on a few occasions which could be better but other tha that I'm happy.
