Elmwood Family Doctors - Meltham

Receptionists are very helpful and will ensure that concerns are passed on to a doctor/telephone appointment or on the day appointment is arranged, depending on the nature of the problem.
The majority of doctors have time to listen and to understand the concerns being raised and will provide appropriate actions. The medic (s) whom I have found to be dismissive and at times unprofessional I have been able to avoid seeing.

Not got a bad word to say about the place, everyone is caring and helpful.

I moved to this surgery a year ago and it is far easier to get an appointment than where i was before. The staff seem very well organised and I've never had a n issue.

I'm happy with my experiences here and the quality of care.
I would be prefer if there was more than 1 day available for out of hours at this surgery, although I know I can be seen elsewhere on different evenings I would prefer to be seen here, so more evenings would be beneficial.

I've been here 25years and I've never had an issue and always been well looked after.

When I order prescriptions online there is an option to add comments however these are not read.
I only like to be seen by a couple of the doctors here as the others don't listen to me.

The quality if care is good. Phone calls are answered quickly but I can be left waiting in the surgery waiting are for 10-15 minutes at times but other than this there are no other areas I would suggest improvements are needed.

I was unaware until today that there were out of hours available on certain days, so this will be usual for me as I work full time.
