Elmwood Family Doctors - Meltham

Generally speaking the care and service here has been good. We did have one issue some months back but we discussed this with the practice manager and our issue was eventually resolved.
Phone calls are answered quickly but there can be a little bit of a wait for a face to face appointment with a doctor.

I had a telephone call with one of the doctors and then she invited me in to see her at the practice the following day and resolved my issue.
I have always had positive experiences here .

Great service all round.
Calls are answered quickly or e consult queries responded to promptly.
Quality of care is great too.

I've always happy with the service, it's always been really efficient. Phone calls are answered quickly and generally speaking you are offered an appointment within a matter of days.

We are new to the area and this is only our second visit to the surgery but we have found it to be very efficient so far

Very good doctor - considerate and caring. He's not like a doctor, he's like a friend. Its not like a surgery, its like an extended family.

Everything is all good. Never any trouble getting an appointment. Never had longer than a couple of days.

Very efficient; usually get appointments the same day.

I haven't been for years but happy to come again.
