I'm happy here, excellent care and service. No concerns and no improvements needed.

I was seen 3 times by a male clinician who I am told was a paramedic and not a GP. I was in extreme pain and each time I was given morphe patch on my arm and they put it down to a pre existing condition I have. I was eventually seen by a female doctor who did further investigations and I have now been diagnosed with cancer. I am angry and upset it was not picked up sooner.

I've always had Great care here. I'm deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other so have to watch the screen very closely for my name to be called as if people are talking in the waiting room I can miss the alert sound.

I move to this surgery recently and I couldn't be happier with the care and service all round.

I've never had any concerns with care or treatment, nor any issues with booking an appointment, all is well.

No concerns
No areas I thinking they could improve on.

If I need an urgent appointment it's usually very quick - I've been offered an appointment within a couple of hours of calling.
But if the concern is not urgent I have been offered an appointment for weeks away. Although it's not an urgent concern I don't think it's right to make people wait weeks to been seen.
Also I have tried to access the online portal and have been sent multiple passwords but everyone I try it says its not right. I have asked for support from the admin team and the practice manger but have just been provided with yet another password which doesn't work.

The care is good. Getting an appointment can take while.
I tend to book online and nearly always the available appointments are weeks away. If I feel the condition is more urgent I do call and usually offer an appointment sooner but not always .

Receptionists are very helpful and will ensure that concerns are passed on to a doctor/telephone appointment or on the day appointment is arranged, depending on the nature of the problem.
The majority of doctors have time to listen and to understand the concerns being raised and will provide appropriate actions. The medic (s) whom I have found to be dismissive and at times unprofessional I have been able to avoid seeing.

Not got a bad word to say about the place, everyone is caring and helpful.
