Doctors and nurses are excellent.

There has been problems since covid but it is getting back to what it was. I call up to get appointments and ring at 8am and often in a queue but usually get one. It would be better to pre- book appointments rather than ring up on the day for less urgent / routine appointments. Reception staff very good
Struggle to get my results

I don't use the internet so call up for my appointments. I struggle to get the results results for blood tests.

Nurses and GP's are great. I use econsult sometimes but can't use it for the kids. So I have to call up and can be left waiting . But the reception staff are helpful when you get through and good with the kids and they do try to get them in the same day. For adults i ring up at 8am and then get through at 8.20 am and there are no appointments left.

Hard to get an appointment on a morning, It takes ages to get through and then sometimes you have to keep trying for a few days to get one. More information and support on mental health at appointments would be helpful. No one has told me about other
support services that are available. I use econsult which is useful but it can't do everything like repeat prescriptions. I would like information told to me about how I can get repeat prescriptions without having to call up and order them.

Getting an appointment on the day can be tricky. You have to ring up at 8am on the dot to get a same day appointment. They are good for children's appointments and never had an issue for them. If you want an extended appointment it is difficult to get. It can be over 3 weeks to wait for a follow up appointment.

It can be a problem getting appointments. I don't use the internet so call up to book and I can be left waiting to get through.

I rarely visit the surgery and used econsult for the first time. I don't have any issues when making appointments or attending the visits. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Doctors listen.

The doctors in general are really good. The receptionists are normally good as well. I don't think they are often told about everything so end up going around in circles with communication and call backs .

I have to ring every day to get an appointment . I would prefer to be able to call up and book for a few days ahead, this would help as I have children to take to school. Sometimes they suggest an appointment but it's over 4 weeks ahead and that's just to talk about test results. They don't tell you what services might be available to you and I don't know what's available around here. There are posters in the reception area but no one tells you about them or refers you to them.

It is alright, usually ok but sometimes I can be left waiting in reception after my appointment time
