There are some doctors here that I wouldn't make an appointment to see. One of the doctors is the best, helpful, professional and wants to see you

Doctors, nurses and reception staff in this practice have been supportive of an ongoing condition I have and also responsive to emergencies (eg a sick grandchild) appointments are generally available this is a more recent thing rather than a couple of years ago

Not long been registered at the surgery but I have found it to be a friendly place both at the reception desk and with the doctors. I have been happy with the care I have received

This surgery is much better than my previous one. However they seem to be going through some changes and little issues have cropped up. However the attitude of doctors and staff are good. Staff are interested and helpful. They take the time to investigate your problems.

The only concern is waiting times. Three times now I have waited up to 40 minutes for my appointment

Wanted to book an appointment for 2 weeks time, I had a specific date I was advised by the receptionist to phone after a week as they may have released more appointments. Phoned back 2 days later and was told that there were no appointments available, instead of the receptionist advising there were no morning appointments and giving details of the first, and latest time, appointment she could offer she was quite rude, she did suggest attending the late surgery at Lepton but as I remarked this is a suitable arrangement IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO TRANSPORT, I use public transport. Surely the late surgery could be on a rota even on a trial basis?

Service is good, sometimes hard to see a doctor. Sometimes have to go to sister surgery at lepton

Staff brilliant doctors have changed a lot but the care they give is always a positive experience. Convenient location

Cannot pre book an appointment unless it's three months away, have to ring on day you want the appointment, staff sometimes helpful. Waiting times can also be long
