Staff are always polite. I can always get an appointment if I need one Sometimes too fast, like today I only rang 20 minutes ago and now im here

Waiting times are sometimes a bit long but all of the staff are friendly and its not always easy to get an appointment

I can nearly always get an appointment, however if I have to call for a home visit from a doctor I have to wait but its always within the same day

I am happy with this service. Sometimes its not easy to get an appointment as you have to call after 8.15a. If you cannot get through then all the appointments have gone

You can usually get an appointment very quickly now that the phone appointment system has changed

Always helpful, the staff are mostly kind. Fairly good at getting an appointment but its not always with the same doctor (which I would prefer more) but you can usually see one of the doctors within the same day
