Always helpful, the staff are mostly kind. Fairly good at getting an appointment but its not always with the same doctor (which I would prefer more) but you can usually see one of the doctors within the same day

Ive been registered here since I was born. Very friendly staff. Doctors are experienced you can talk to them. I have nothing but good feedback and nothing to complain about

Everything good. Apart from waiting times and patient allocated time for appointment (10 min) not long enough

You can see the GP the same day. I've not had an experience where i have been unable to get an appointment. The telephone system is good, i mostly use the ring back service.

Overall the practice is very good we cannot complain. The practice is good for appointments and the nurses are brilliant. Whenever i have called up i have been offered the same day appointment. I particularly like to the see one doctor as she takes her time to listen to me and diagnose me correctly. As a patient i feel that i know and understand my body, i may not be able to diagnose what is wrong with me myself but i can explain how i feel and what my symptoms are. We have been with this practice for a very long time.

The appointment system is better. The phoning in system is good. The doctors care about you and follow up. I wouldn't change anything.

The GPs really get to know you, i prefer to see the same GP. You also get an appointment on the same day.
