Oaklands Health Centre

Today I had staples/stitches removed as part of continuing care after heart surgery. Excellent service by nurse Cath Fillell. My general experiences with this practices have been very good both communication wise and medical.

Staff are welcoming and open. They listen and explain which I personally feel is vital. Any questions one might have are answered fully which means when I leave I feel that I have all the information I need to act in a way that will help reduce whatever is I have presented with.

I have always had excellent service from the doctor and all staff working at the centre. When booking an appointment I only had to wait a few hours and never longer than a few days for non urgent complaints. They also have Practice nurses that can prescribe and re issue repeat prescriptions.

They know how to look after customers and I can always get an appointment when I need it.
