Everybody is always good. Good rapport with receptionist. Every is A-Okay.
Some Delays with Appointments

Reason for only going giving 4 stars is that if you have an appointment with a certain doctor they are always running late. The longest I have had to wait is 40 minutes. Apart from that very happy with the service I receive, receptionists are always very polite and helpful.

The nurse who has been dealing with my health condition has been brilliant. I come three times per week and I can see an improvement. The're very efficient at dealing with you at the surgery and deal with what the individual needs, give you the time.
Caring and Supportive GP Service

All 3 GPs at this practice are very patient focused - they are polite and approachable and quickly put me at my ease - always listening carefully to what I have to say and then providing treatment; information; support and reassurance, as appropriate. I never feel rushed. The information leaflets, displayed in the waiting area, are useful and I particularly like the section for carers. My only concerns (and the reason why I have not rated above as 5 star) are: 1) The reception area is too "open plan" - leading to patients overhearing face to face and telephone conversations between surgery staff and other patients. 2) I would prefer the receptionist on the front desk to be there to act solely in the capacity of receptionist for visitors to the surgery - currently, there are occasions when visitors have to wait because the member of staff on the front desk is "on the phone" to another patient - it would also be preferable if all such telephone conversations were conducted in a separate room, away from the reception area altogether - for patient confidentiality reasons.

I would say my GP practice is very very good. It can be difficult to get an appointment but if you explain your problem to the receptionists then they tend to be more understanding and sympathetic. Basically if you explain what you need then they will try their best to help.
Good doctors but some staff let practice down

Doctors in the practice good when you can get an appointment but unfortunately some receptionists are rude and fail to pass on messages to the doctors. It's also really hard to get an appointment.
