Whenever need appointment I get one quickly. Help me out if any problems and get it sorted. Answer the phone quickly

Friendly staff, not always easy to be seen.

Quality of care is good. Staff are helpful and doctors make me feel at ease. Not impressed with the appointment system (calling at 8am to make a booking and can't always be seen).

I do attend this surgery regularly for ongoing care. The staff are helpful and patient. As a busy working mum and type 1 diabetic I need ongoing appointments and prescriptions.

Very easy to get info. Very good at responding to telephone queries. Online access is good. No major problem getting through on phone for appointment .
