I've had difficulties with medications between the chemist and the GP. Lots of meds don't seem to be available for children. I found it hard to get an appointment for my son, but now I use the NHS app, it doesn't always have appointments, but it's better than calling the GP for an appointment.

Dr maqbool goes beyond her duty to help her patient she is very caring and listen to what you have to say and does every thing in her power to help you she has my praise for all the I have got

It has been 5 years since I last had to visit . I know they are busy but they managed to get me in after a few days. Happy with service

When I was pregnant I was prescribed the wrong medication. I have had to come back due to misdiagnosis. There's lots of changes in doctors so don't get to see same doctor which would be better for me as my child has certain health conditions.

Basically I have difficulty getting appointments as I have been on the phone since 8am and half an hour later I am told there is no appointments left for that day which is really frustrating.

Have to wait days on end for appointments when you are feeling poorly. I feel very rushed when seeing the doctor.

They are really good but there are a few occasions when staff did not listen to what I was saying. You have to ring at 8am to get an appointment and after 8.30 am you cannot get appointments and have to try the next day. Overall most are very good

I had a consultation with a GP that I didn't find helpful and felt rushed. But on other occasions such as visiting the health care assistant it was really good.

I have just recently had a baby and had several midwives but I have just one and that is fine.

Sometimes it is hard to get appointments. Staff helpful and listened to by the doctor. Generally ok.
