Appointment when I needed it

Rang at 8am got through to pleasant voice after approx 6 attempts. Got appointment today. Asked for after 10am appointment at 10.20am happy with that. Saw practise nurse who was very sympthetic and friendly.thank you.

Really bad phone service hard to get appointment some docs don't tell you what you need to know

Get on well with doctors. Reception fairly helpful. Parking difficult, especially disabled parking. People without blue badges park in disabled spots

Good service, they always have available appointments for doctors/nurses etc. It's not even a 5 minute wait until you are seen. I have seen someone book in the other day and they were in the doctors room within 60 seconds. That's really a good service and also they will let you be 10 mins late before they would normally turn you away.
