No complaints in general

I have to phone up at 8am and sometimes it takes a while to get through which is a bit of a nuisance. But I have no complaints in general.
Appointments

I can't always get an appointment and can't book one for the next day. GP's have been ok but never see the same one.
No issues now

No issues now but in the past there was problems seeing so many different doctors which caused me problems around diagnosis.
Hard to get appointments

Hard to get appointments, if you don't get through by phone at 8am you don't get an appointment that day and have to try again the next day. Staff polite and helpful. It is a good surgery, it's just the appointments.
Happy with service

My wife and I both visit the surgery and happy with service. Don't have to wait long to see the doctors 5-10 mins.
Medication

I was not told correctly what the medication I had been prescribed for was, no explanation. I tried to enquire at reception but couldn't get answers. I had issues trying to get it from the chemist.
Repeat prescriptions

They don't always cancel repeat prescriptions of medication.
No continuity

I think it has gone downhill. I was at the old surgery and all the doctors have left now and there is no continuity with new doctors. I don't always feel listened to and I am having to come back for the same issues. I feel the problem is getting worse not better.

I have always been satisfied before but recently there was a mistake with a urine sample but that was a one-off. The only real trouble is getting an appointment.

More recently it has been easier to get appointments and waiting time very little. I see the nurse , GP and Health visitor and fine so far. Brilliant.
