Phone message not helpful

The automated phone message when you call is too long and not particularly helpful. It repeats continually while waiting for the phone to be answered which only adds to the frustration of having to wait so long.
Quality of care is good but if you ask to see your own GP you have to wait weeks.

The surgery is great, bookings are dealt with efficiently and the quality of care is great.

Overall I am happy with the surgery - appointments could be a little longer as sometimes feels a bit in and out but other than that I'm happy.

Calls are answered pretty quick and not left waiting long, nor do i have to wait long to be seen usually the same day or next day at most.

I am pleased with the quality of care by the GP's and nurses. The receptionists are always helpful too.

I have always been seen to very quickly and referrals made to the appropriate place. I feel well looked after here.

The booking system is ok but could be quicker. Satisfied with the quality of care from clinicians.
