Hit and miss

The Nurse I am seeing at the moment is very good and looking after me well but before I was assigned to her I was passed around from GP to another. with no real progress. I would prefer to see the same GP, when i call and request the GP I want I am told it will be at least a fortnight.

The admin team I've always been very helpful and approachable. Seen on time and happy with the quality of care.

Very happy with the surgery, I have had good advice for all the GP's I have seen here. And the admin team and lovely, cant fault it

I moved to this surgery recently and it's been really good so far. Seen quickly and everyone has been friendly.

I feel the management of the surgery is poor and could do with improvement in many areas. On more than one occasion I discovered that my records were not accurate. When I spoke to the practice manager about this, she was not useful and did not come back to me following my feedback.
It is difficult to make an appointment. I can be waiting on the phone for at least 10 minutes often to be told there are no appointments left.
I feel there should be an extra member of staff taking calls during peak times.

Attentive and friendly

I am very happy with the surgery. I find it easy to make appointments over the phone and the staff are always attentive and friendly. The GP's and nurses are good too and always sort me out.

The surgery is good, staff are pleasant and happy with the advice from the clinical staff.
I do seam to get a lot of text messages from the surgery though which can be frustrating and I sometimes think the information from them isn't useful.

It’s a mixture of not having enough staff, so the waiting time is usually 3-4 weeks
