No appointment for 2 weeks - go in, referred to scan, 2-3 weeks waiting again. Cancelled because the pain had gone. Wasting NHS money. Inefficient

No online appointments, need to ring numerous times - hard to get an appointment. Waiting times long - up to an hour in surgery. GPs not great. No message service, good parking though.
