Great service

I can always get an appointment when needed and they always seem to fit me in, even if it's last minute. I usually get to see the same GP which is great.

Continuity is missing

If I request to see my GP of choice I have to wait a long time which I understand but then if I am seen by a GP who is not familiar with my long-term condition I feel I don't get the same level of care. I feel that if you have a long-term condition it would be more beneficial to be seen by the same doctor for continuity of care.

Difficult to get an appointment

It's getting increasingly difficult to get an appointment - phone calls take longer and longer to be answered only to be told there are no available appointments left to be had and to try again the next day.

It's pretty good overall but the text messages that they send can be confusing and not clear what action I need to take next. I would also like to be able to see my regular GP more frequently but I am often told they are not available for many weeks.

On more than one occasion I have been told I will be called back and I am not.
I can be waiting on hold for my call to be answered for 40 minutes or more.

left feeling disappointed

On a number of occasions, I have waited upwards of 40 minutes to be answered and then when you are told there are no appointments left and call back the following morning at 8 am and you are back in the same loop.
If you want to see your own GP you are told its a 3-4 week wait so end up taking an appointment with another GP who doesn't know me although they have access to my medical history notes it's clear they have not read them and I left feeling disappointed.

Hard to get an appointment.

The phone line is always extremely busy and you are left waiting in a queue for such a long time, and then you usually get told that there are no appointments with the GP left. I have been seen by a nurse a couple of times and things have been missed which resulted in me needing urgent care.
It's quicker to drive down and make an appointment in person as like I said the phone takes far too long and I find the website difficult to navigate.

First class treatment.

I have no complaints. The receptionists are good and the nurse who I see is fab, she spoke to me over the phone once and then told me to come down and saw me immediately and gave me great advice.
