The Paddock Surgery

Receptionists - some are rude others are not. GPs are lovely. Waiting times are bad. Should be able to ring for an appointment at 8am. Cannot get in. Won't see you unless you call into surgery. Receptionists make judgements about my health when i call into the surgery and they are not qualified to do this.

Not keen on some of the reception staff. Some are a bit rude. GPs and other reception staff im very happy with

Staff are brilliant and i can get an appointment when needed.

Don't come that much and I can always get app when I need one

I am happy with everything. Sometimes its hard to get an appointment but that is everywhere not just here. I have to come down to surgery at 8am to get an appointment as can't get through on phone. Waiting times are sometimes bad too

Previously I was at saville town doctors and I don't feel this surgery is as good as previous one. Regularly less and less doctors -three instead of four today so i end up waiting a long time to see a doctor. At my old doctors everyone took their turns to be seen but here just seems to be no system.

I can always get appointment. Staff are good and helpful
