The Paddock Surgery

Having attended this GP for many years I would recommend to anyone. They always try to fit in appointments ASAP and even have open 'first come' surgeries on a morning. My only concern is most of the original GPs are retiring, hope the new ones maintain the service!

A regular appointment service is available at flexible times to support full time workers.

Really helpful, listen. I've got a son with a disability and they've always been there. Given words of hope and comfort.

Son saw a GP after getting an appointment on the morning. New GP to us but he was really nice. Requested blood tests. Told receptionist as we left that we needed an appointment with phlebotomist. Checked and came back to tell us that his blood tests could be done right then, as phlebotomist available. Very pleased.

Long waiting times at the surgery, BUT this is because the doctors don't rush you out, so this is s GOOD thing really.

Happy with everything but coming down to the surgery at 8am to make an appointment is hard. I have to come down after the school run as i have three children so if I could ring in the morning it would be easier. If you have poorly children it's not easy to come down twice in a day and fit in the school runs.

Friendly receptionist. One of doctors is very thorough with diagnostics

Couple of gps are very good. Reception staff very good.
