Thank you for your kind words. Hopefully we will be employing additional clinical staff in the coming months which should start to ease the waiting times particularly when the morning walk in service is busy.

My family have been attending The Paddock Practice for 30 years. We have brought up 3 children with their help and guidance. I have never encountered any type of problem with the service provided. From receptionists, who are always pleasant and helpful, to experienced well advised doctors the practice provides the highest quality care and advice at local level , with quick referrals when necessary.

Difficult but correct diagnosis.

Following a call to NHS 111 the doctor made time to see me without an appointment. I was suffering from severe headaches following spinal surgery 3 weeks earlier. Dr correctly identified the problem as being caused by a spinal fluid leak despite the surgeon who performed the operation having already dismissed this as being unlikely. He sent me to Dewsbury A&E with a letter explaining his concerns and I was able to have surgery to fix the problem.
