The Paddock Surgery

I was told to ring at 8.30am to book an appointment, I rung from 8.30 till 9.10 for three days, to be told all appointments had gone, everytime I ring on a different matter to this, I'm told different information, and the receptionist is off with me, plus wanting all my information, which is private that I'd like to discuss only with GP

Suppose to be coming out for house vist to an elderly but never turn up, receptionist anwser was "there is different doctor today so it will be different" absolutely shocking that shouldnt mater she is over 80 years old and non mobile

A failure to under stand paichant s needs ,IE refurel to consultant then it's too late

I booked two appiontment and doctor never phoned, just left me waiting for full day, recptionist is snotty and expect you to give a full download as if she the doctors

Myself, us and and three children have been using Paddock since 1986 and during that long period and through the expertise of many different doctors , I’ve never had cause to complain. Office/ reception staff have always been pleasant and accommodating. The latest generation of doctors is just as helpful , supportive and knowledgeable as ever .

All the staff at this surgery are helpful and do anything for you. We just complain about the local chemist!

The thing I like about the Paddock is you can see a doctor on the day, just by turning up on the day.

It is hard to get appointments. I have to go early on a morning and sit and wait to see a doctor which I hate to have to do. Recently I couldn't get an appointment to see my usual doctor for over a month and had to sit and wait and see another doctor instead.

Doctors really good. Getting appointments with my own GP is not always easy. Queuing system but guaranteed to get to see a doctor the same day.

I have no complaints about the service I receive. When I call the surgery for a repeat prescription, it is usually there the next day. No problems, good health advice and I can make appointments without difficulty.
