University Health Centre Huddersfield

Have had an issue serious enough for 111 to recommend appointments within the next 6 hours, but am consistently told to book an appointment on another day.
All staff are usually quite rude, on occasion one is nice, but this is very very rare.

I was recently seen by DR who I thought was very cold, harsh and not caring at all. I was left feeling depressed after speaking to this doctor. this doctor made me feel like I was wrong to seek help. There was no compassion shown by this doctor.

It can take a long time for calls to be answered but once they are the staff are nice an friendly.
The clinicians are always approachable and welcoming too and I have not had an issue with my care.

I have high anxiety and suffer from frequent panic attacks. The doctor here has always been great with mental health support.

The doctors are great and give good care. They listen to me and take my mental health seriously.
The reception staff aren't always as pleasant as you would want them to be and have been rude to me and not very approachable.

Myself and my family have been coming here since 2011 and we have always been happy with the care. All the GP's know us well and show great care.

Happy with the efficient service. Calls are answered fairly quickly and can usually get in to be seen straight away.

Quality of care is good and staff are nice, it just takes longer than I would like to be seen. I rang for an appointment last Monday and it's the following Friday that they have got me in.

I've moved about abit so been under numerous surgeries and this one is the best I've had.
The clinical staff are fantastic and always listen to me and give me plenty of time so I never feel rushed and they have solved any problem I've had.
Only bug bare is the car park is a bit tight but I appreciate theres not much that could be done about that.

Quality of care is good, waiting times are generally OK. Admin team nice. Can't complain.
