Good practice

The practice is good, I come here for a number of different things so see a number of different staff and they are all nice and approachable.
They only downside is waiting for the phone to be answered is quite long.

Booking issues

Trying to get an appointment over the phone is a bit of a nightmare. I have to call first thing in the morning to be in with chance to get an appointment for that day and as its also school run time it's very difficult. If I'm on hold for anything longer than 5 minutes I simply just don't have the time to wait so have to hang up and try again later which usually means I miss out on an appointment.

Generally happy with everything, I just wish calls could be answered quicker but other than that I'm happy.

The staff know me and it's like a family practice. Useful having my notes and they refer back to them

I love my GP! She really cares, and has supported me for many years through several critical illnesses. The few times I've had to see another one, they're also quite supportive and caring.
Take a paracetamol and you will be fine

Everytime I come to this health centre for whatever reason. The answer they give is take a paracetamol and you will be fine. Is a paracetamol a magical prescription even to broken bones.

I always feel very comfortable using this health centre and would recommend it to any one The staff are wonderful and never make you feel like you are wasting there time or not valued lovely atmosphere wonderful GP's never feel rushed or not listened to
