I always have to wait at A&E a long time. When I get through the doctors see me for 1-2 mins. I can't speak English well. There should be someone to speak my language

Fast, efficient caring staff. Took the time to explain treatment to me and then explained all the results. Very reassuring as I was nervous. Very happy with the service provided.

I attend a bereavement group once a month at the Rosewood Centre. It is on an evening so convenient for me and helped me a lot

I had to wait a long time for my operation as I had been turned away due to my blood pressure. I have also been given wrong medication when I was in hospital. I cannot fault the nurses they were excellent.
Memory Clinic

My husband was diagnosed with Dementia and given medication but I was not given any information at the time on things like groups or the Dementia Hub. I think the memory clinic should have told me all the information at the time of diagnosis.

Can be hard sometimes with my mother who cant speak english. Doctors dont understand but they need translators - south asian. Overall the experience is fine
