One rude nurse

My husband had an accident which he was never given an x-ray for. The nurse said it was 'mind over matter' which wasn't very nice. They can be friendly, I just think she wanted to go home.

The good experience; the nurse was excellent when I went with a family member. Should be more consistent in communication and passing on information.

Didn't come up with any solutions or suggestions. I had to Google and then the doctor agreed with my suggestions - we didn't get the tests we needed.

When I went for a scan the nurses were nice, friendly, gentle and took the time to explain things. Very clean.

the standard of care in this country is excellent. All my experiences at the GP, dentist, opticians etc. have always been of a great standard.

Never had any problems and I go many times over due to a long term health condition. I feel they need better mental health services.

Got the appointment in a couple of weeks, was seen in spot on time no waiting, full explanation of the hearing aids I received, if I wasn't happy to get in touch.
