My mum received excellent care both before her operations and afterwards. The whole team were amazing and helped to settle her in and keep her very calm both for her hip and toe operations. The information received was first class.

Texted with an appointment for HRI which was incorrect so I contacted them by telephone and made the appointment at Dewsbury Hospital. My appointment was for a external/internal scan. I wasn't told that I needed to have a full bladder and when I asked at reception about this the staff were very rude and insulting. They made comments about my age and 'young people thinking they know everything'. I was really polite to them and explained I didn't get a letter about it and she replied well its common sense. I was so upset I ended up crying in the waiting room listening to them talk about me at reception. It was obvious it was about me as I was the only person in the waiting room. It was an horrible experience.
