Fast tracked for care. Doctor was exceptional and very gentle and the nurses were brilliant. They were fantastic

They were very good first class service. Very helpful and compassionate and explained everything.

They are very good and give me a 3monthly appointment. Very caring.

Checked Straight Away

My husband went into a and e with feeling unwell and ended up staying over night I came to see my husband the doctor was very rude towards me he decided he wasn't going to do the spinal tap and it was just a virus told him to go home but then he ended up being poorly at work week after me and Mum had to go all the way to leeds to pick him up ended up calling for ambulance had to be taken to Harrogate hospital where they found what had happened he has a low spinal fluid in his spine this could have been prevented if dewsbury doctors knew what they've should have learnt now we have to wait year to get him fixed furious about this since there is only one specialist in this area of care

My mum has Alzheimer's and had an X-ray which detected hairline fracture. Xray sent her to A&e and she then had to wait 5 hours to be seen, just to be told nothing can be done. She was getting increasingly agitated during the wait.
Seemed a bit pointless to wait all that time.

The hospital is very dementia friendly. I was allowed to stay as a carer . Ward 8

Very quick very competent and very through. I was in A&E for 30 mins in total.

The sister on ward 4 was bossy and self opinionated

The general atmosphere was good on the Riding center wards ward 10 and ward 11 and the people were nice. The nurses were good.
