Difficult to get appointments. Can't book online because I don't use a computer of have a fancy phone - having everything online leaves older people excluded.
Can't get to see the GP I want to see. Years ago, I used to know my doctor and they knew me but this is not the case any more.

At various times I have tried to make an appointment to see a doctor, once ringing 44 times and the next time being continually on the phone for 25 minutes and then finding out there are no doctors available to see, and the fact that you certainly can't make an appointment for the next day. I think it's about time that the appointment system at this surgery was given a radical overall taking into account the best interests of the patient.

On a general experience with my doctor practice. Always tell my concerns and health questions are valid. Difficult getting appointments not taking into account single person working full time

Basically good but difficult to get an appointment. If a serious issue not enough time for appointment and no continuity of seeing the same doctor.

I was told I would need regular blood tests but nothing was organised. Never had an NHS health check. Practice nurses are very good, but the doctors have no time for you. Appointments are difficult to get.

Need to be more prompt, they need to notify people of the changes to the services. They open at 8am now, and I had no idea! No wonder I couldn't get an appointment! Never had a problem though
