Congratulations the service have worked hard to improve the service in general
After school yesterday our daughter ill.

I phoned Mirfield Health Centre to see if I could book an appointment. Unfortunately they were fully booked. Approx a half hour later I received a phone call from the same receptionist offering us an appointment that had come free at teatime. I didn't take the receptionists name but would like to say thank you. It's nice to know people care.
Easy to access, but impersonal

Fairly easy to get same day appointment but no consistency in terms of the doctor you see. The nurse practitioners are really good.

The appointments system is getting better. The look of the practice is improving. The new Doctors are friendly and they are trying to modernise the practice and deliver the best possible service in a challenging climate
