Hard to get Appointments

Hard to get appointments even for a baby often given telephone apps even when specified need to be seen. Once doctor rings then always asked to come in. Doctors not up to date with current treatments for breastfeeding and thrush treatments.

I would recommend the surgery as the doctors are really good and listen to all your problems and the timing is great.

1. 3 star generally okay lack of reception knowledge of what they should do and not.
2. Long waiting time always go over your appointments time - No Sorry!
3. Have appointments that go missing

Registered for the last 12 months- no issues with appointments, prescription requests. Good online booking system for appointments and prescriptions.
