I would recommend the surgery as the doctors are really good and listen to all your problems and the timing is great.

1. 3 star generally okay lack of reception knowledge of what they should do and not.
2. Long waiting time always go over your appointments time - No Sorry!
3. Have appointments that go missing

Registered for the last 12 months- no issues with appointments, prescription requests. Good online booking system for appointments and prescriptions.

When i want to book appointments they give me appointments after 4 to 5 weeks. Which one is no good. The waiting time is long with GP & A&E as well. GP always running late NEVER SEE ME IN TIME. 30 to 45 minutes is normal.

I was needing some medicine urgently but the receptionist was rude and condescending, I tried to complain to the practice manager but she never bother to reply to my letter.
