1. 3 star generally okay lack of reception knowledge of what they should do and not.

Registered for the last 12 months- no issues with appointments, prescription requests. Good online booking system for appointments and prescriptions.

When i want to book appointments they give me appointments after 4 to 5 weeks. Which one is no good. The waiting time is long with GP & A&E as well. GP always running late NEVER SEE ME IN TIME. 30 to 45 minutes is normal.

I was needing some medicine urgently but the receptionist was rude and condescending, I tried to complain to the practice manager but she never bother to reply to my letter.

The doctors are great, it is just the reception staff that can be the problem. Really rude to patients.

The receptionists ask you what is wrong with you. I don't want to tell them private things in front of other patients. They are rude and make it difficult to get an appointment. I come in to the practice wanting an appointment, but they tell me to go home and ring tomorrow morning. Why can't they book in advance when I'm at the practice? Why do I have to ring on the day when the phone lines are busy?
