The doctors are great, it is just the reception staff that can be the problem. Really rude to patients.
Rude

The receptionists ask you what is wrong with you. I don't want to tell them private things in front of other patients. They are rude and make it difficult to get an appointment. I come in to the practice wanting an appointment, but they tell me to go home and ring tomorrow morning. Why can't they book in advance when I'm at the practice? Why do I have to ring on the day when the phone lines are busy?

Friendly staff explain stuff. I'm satisfied with the service. They tell you what you want to know.
I want to be able to get a quicker appointment.

Rude Receptionists

The receptionists are rude and unpleasant. they think they are doctors by asking personal questions in a full waiting room of people. They are rude. They need to have training on good manners and just be more polite.
Very good

I am happy with the practice, the doctors refer me to the hospital whenever I need it. I have been referred fast for x-rays and have been referred to exercise classes.
Waiting time
September 10, 2015
The waiting time after arriving is too long a wait. To see a doctor, a person has to wait a long time.

Rude receptionists

Certain receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Trying to get an appointment is hard, without giving receptionists your full health history. They are receptionists NOT doctors.
Quality of care depends on which doctor you have.

Good doctor but won't share copy of blood test results

My doctor is very good but when I ask for a paper copy of my results he always brushes it off. I know everything is fine but I want to see my results so that I can take better care of my sugar levels. I want to be in control of my own health.
