More understanding needed

Would like doctors to be more understanding of my needs and circumstances. ReceptionIsts are pretty good. Systems have changed for medication and more difficult now to order.

I had pneumonia and they spotted it straight away, I was sent to HRI immediately who sorted it out for me.

Organised practice

You can get same day appointments if your need is urgent . If you wish to see a specific Dr it can often mean a two week or more wait.
Online appointments and prescription service is very good.

The receptionist made the appointment at short notice for me because I'm going away so needed a quick appointment. I don't usually have to wait as I organise it well in advice. I like to be organised.
