Waiting time is too long

Sometimes I have to wait 20-30 minutes it is a nightmare. I have a small child and it's difficult to wait.

I have no complaints when my doctor is not here I don't mind who I see. I know about phoning by eight and then you can get an appointment that day. Sometimes the line is busy for a long time.

I think everything is brilliant. We have been coming so long it's like home. We have been at this practice a long time since birth 83 years ago. We rarely came when younger but have had one call out. Everything is treated with a smile.

The majority of times I don't have to wait for an appointment. The doctor and nurses have been helpful and efficient.

You can talk to the doctors and they listen without been smarmy they are very good. The doctors take their time with each person. We are very lucky

The staff are very friendly. I have got a same day appointment always choice of doctors. Good communications via text messages. Very nice surgery. Big clinic rooms.
