Always had good attention from the staff and doctor and if I need a referral they have done this.

If urgent appointment are needed you can get the same day. The doctor is happy to discuss if these are needed. Staff are courteous and professional. The prescription set up, is excellent.

Got straight in for appointment and I can get repeat prescriptions by post if needed when I provide a prepaid envelope.

Always willing to listen and help reception can be a little blunt if they are busy and you are ringing to see a doctor urgently but not all the time only now and again . Overall they are extremely good and pleasant

I have found that I have had to wait about 30-40 minutes longer than my appointment time to be seen to, and it is very hard to book an appointment. I also do not find the receptionists polite.

Sometimes appointments are difficult to get with the doctor you want to see.

Both reception staff and GPs are friendly and helpful and usually run on time for appointments. I have only dealt one doctor and she is very friendly, approachable and knowledgable.

Totally put my 5year old daughter at ease, she was frightened initially but he made everything into a joke and before long she was smiling, and I was relieved!
