Mental Health Findings

Third Sector Leaders Community Champions held over 1,000 conversations with people to find out how people keep their families healthy and accessibility to support.

Healthy Families Findings

Between October 2023 and January 2024, Third Sector Leaders Community Champions engaged with local communities to understand; 

• Asthma awareness 
• Barriers to accessing asthma support services

A total of 1,700 individual conversations were held plus Community Champions reached out to various segments of the community via group engagement, with a total of 76 group conversations. A total of 1,776 conversations.

Asthma Findings

From January to March 2024, Third Sector Leaders Community Champions engaged with local communities to understand people’s diabetic status and awareness. The data gathered from these conversations highlights the challenges and barriers faced by individuals to accessing relevantservices and support.
