Lepton Surgery

After worrying all week about some swabs being done, the nurse I saw was so lovely and really eased my nerves and awkwardness at the appt. Really wanted to commend her and be recognised for being so patient and lovely.
I also want to thank an exceptional nurse practitioner, who I've seen routinely for a while, for always being so lovely, patient and proactive. These attributes always make coming to the docs a lot less daunting.

I am happy with the service as long as I get an appointment I am happy.

Good communication, nice staff and sort problems

I can't get an appointment when I want. I have been waiting over 2 weeks. The surgery always looks empty. I am asked to go in on a morning to get an appointment but when I go they have all gone. Before we had a good service. Nobody answers the phone when you call in the morning.
